These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at 4linb.com, the client portal at clients.4linb.com, any mobile applications published by us, and our SMS/text messaging program (collectively, the "Services") operated by 4LINB LLC, a California limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

4. Client Portal & Mobile Applications

Access to our client portal and mobile applications requires creating an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for an extended period, or are used for unlawful purposes.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By opting in to our SMS messaging program, you agree to the following terms in addition to the rest of these Terms.

5.1 Program Name

4LINB LLC Notifications — operated by 4LINB LLC through Twilio Inc. as our messaging service provider.

5.2 Program Description

This SMS program is used to send the following types of messages to opted-in users:

• One-Time Passwords (OTP) and two-factor authentication (2FA) codes for logging into our client portal and mobile applications
• Account and security notifications (login alerts, password resets, account changes)
• Appointment and booking confirmations and reminders for consultations or scheduled work
• Customer support replies to inquiries you initiate
• Service-related notifications (project updates, invoice notifications)

5.3 How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from 4LINB LLC through any of the following methods:

• Submitting a form on our website (4linb.com or clients.4linb.com) and checking the SMS consent checkbox
• Creating an account in our client portal or mobile applications, where SMS-based OTP/2FA is required for login
• Texting START, JOIN, YES, or SUBSCRIBE to our Twilio number
• Providing verbal or written consent during a phone or in-person consultation, which we document

5.4 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. OTP/2FA codes are sent only when you request a login. Appointment reminders are sent based on your scheduled bookings. Account and service notifications are sent only when relevant events occur. Frequency is not fixed and depends on your use of our Services.

5.5 Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. 4LINB LLC does not charge you for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving messages depending on your plan. Please contact your carrier for details.

5.6 How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message indicating your unsubscription, and you will not receive further messages from that program.

Opting out of optional notifications does not stop transactional messages (such as OTP codes) that are required to use our Services. To stop those, you must close or deactivate your account.

5.8 Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is supported on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5.9 Mobile Information Sharing

4LINB LLC does not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with our messaging service provider (Twilio Inc.) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you have requested.

6. Payments & Invoicing

Payment terms for consulting services are agreed upon in writing for each engagement. Invoices are issued through our client portal and processed securely via PayPal. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance
• Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by California law
• We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your engagement agreement

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our applications — including text, graphics, logos, code, and design — is the property of 4LINB LLC or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

For client work, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly restricted by a non-disclosure agreement.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services
• Use our SMS program to harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone
• Resell or redistribute our Services without written consent

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations, including suspending accounts and reporting illegal activity to law enforcement.

Our Services rely on third-party providers including Twilio, Supabase, PayPal, Google, Apple, and Expo. Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. You use our Services at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4LINB LLC and its members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability
