4LINB LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), a California limited liability company, is committed to protecting your privacy.   • Device Permissions (Mobile Apps): Our apps may request access to device features (such as Camera or Photo Library) solely to provide core functionality. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.
  • Cookies & Local Storage: We use cookies and browser local storage to remember your preferences (such as your cookie consent choice). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide our Services and fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Contact form submissions are kept for up to 2 years for business continuity. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

  • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate data.
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data. For app accounts, you can delete your account directly in the app's Settings, or contact us and we will process your request promptly.
  • Objection: Object to our processing of your data.
  • Portability: Request your data in a portable format.

California Residents (CCPA): As a California LLC, we respect your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. 7. Security

We take data security seriously. Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to sensitive files on our servers is restricted. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your information.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
